Natural Generation was formed in 2006, we wanted to do something special for the environment, both globally but more importantly locally.
In 2012 The company substantially grew to a very successful SME, installing medium size turbines and solar sites nationwide. In 2014, Our MD, Ivor Thomson, along with his senior management team anticipated the possible decline in Wind & Solar installations. We therefore moved towards the O&M market, where we successfully gained a substantial number of O&M contracts, whilst still being very reactive to Solar and Wind Installation opportunities. In 2018 there were over 100 Solar PV installs carried out by Natural Generation.

In 2017 We were approached by a number of companies as a prime investment opportunity. A successful partnership was agreed with Constantine Wind Energy (CWE) part of the Constantine Group.
CWE are an operator, funder and developer of onshore wind turbines throughout the UK. Established in 2010 by the Constantine Group, a family-owned business which has been operating for 130 years.
CWE have enabled Natural Generation Limited to grow with the demand of the business and also provide security for any commercial investment.
2019 and beyond: The partnership in 2017 gave the required momentum and capital investment to expand further, adding to both portfolio and knowledge base.
With a secure financial base and continual investment in stock, systems and our personnel, our mission is to become the premier O&M provider for Wind Turbines, ranging from (but not limited to) 50-500KW and Solar Farms in the UK. We are proud to be looking after over 450 Turbines and over 40 utility scale Solar Farms within our portfolio

Gaining CWE as a parent company in 2017 gave the required momentum and capital investment to expand further. Allowing us to expand our portfolio, number of field technicians and support staff. We are proud to be looking after over 485 Wind Turbines and over 40 utility scale Solar Farms.
